• HK$700 / HK$1,080 inclusive of 10% service charge per room per night for single / double occupancy.
• Family members or travel companions must take the same flight to Hong Kong if sharing the same room.
• Advance booking with 3 consecutive nights stay is required.
• Must confirm no. of guest(s) and input all guest name(s) upon booking confirmation, no extra guest name(s) and name change are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment for the whole stay will be charged to the credit card upon booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, amendment or no show, there is no refund for payments made except when:

• the guest is confirmed COVID-19 positive within 48 hours prior to check-in at the hotel or the guest is affected by flight schedule change or cancellation made by the airline or lockdown, and able to present relevant supporting document, the non-refundable payment can be held in credit and must be used within 1 month from the original booking date. Any amendment of date will be subject to space availability;
• failure to arrive hotel due to tested positive of COVID-19 upon arrival in Hong Kong, one-night cancellation charge will be applied upon receipt of valid document;
• adjustment or cancellation of the guest’s booking necessitated by changes in the government requirement.

Under the above circumstances, refund or amendment application must be made within 7 days. Otherwise, application will not be accepted. The refund will take at least 4-8 weeks, and there will be a handling fee of 3.5% charged to the credit card.
