環保及可持續發展措施
根據香港政府的新法例《2023年產品環保責任(修訂)條例草案》，由2024年4月22日起，酒店不會在客房內向客人免費提供即棄洗漱用品及塑膠瓶飲用水，但可應要求提供收費的服務。 詳情請按此。
酒店房租稅
根據香港酒店房租税條例（第 348 章）的規定，由2025年1月1日起，所有酒店住宿均需繳付房價3% 的酒店房租税。 詳情請按此。
預訂確認後，酒店將通過信用卡收取整個住宿的全額費用。在取消、修改和未出現的情況下，除保證金外，不退還（或部分退還）已支付的款項，除非：
在上述情況，退款或更改申請必須於7日內申請，否則申請不會被接納。退款需時最少約4-8個星期，退款手續費3.5%將由持卡人承擔。
